Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Cancellation Policy:
◦ Tickets are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
◦ Tickets canceled more than 24 hours before the departure time are eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee of MVR 100.00.

2. Check-in Requirement:
◦ Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

3. Trip Cancellation and Changes:
◦ If the trip is canceled, passengers will receive a full refund or be rebooked on the earliest available trip, depending on seat availability.
◦ The trip may be canceled or postponed due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
◦ A cancellation fee and a date change fee of MVR 100.00/- will be charged for every ticket issued.
◦ Free date changes if made 3 days before departure.

4. Luggage Policy:
◦ Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of luggage (such as a suitcase) and one additional personal item, which may be a handbag or a backpack.
◦ Cardboard boxes are not permitted as luggage.

5. Additional Guidelines:
◦ Passengers are responsible for ensuring they carry valid identification.
◦ The service provider reserves the right to make schedule adjustments without prior notice due to operational or safety reasons.

6. Communications:
◦ All communications will be through the linked Telegram account or the email address you have provided.
